「雖然我們只有兩個人，但是幫我們安排了兩間相連的房間，還有頂樓可以上去吹吹風看風景，聆賞床外的水道不時有唱著義大利民謠的貢多拉划過，一邊品嚐房間裡提供的香醇膠囊咖啡，此情此景夫復何求。」

「爬樓梯太累，每天換毛巾還要收費，垃圾也沒有及時清理，服務有點太隨意。」

「Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. 」

「The location was great! Right by the Rialto bridge. Right next to water taxi and water bus stops. Room felt brand new. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Air conditioning worked great. I would definitely stay there again!」
