「Very accommodating and friendly staffs!」

「The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. ！」

「I can’t say enough good things about Paolyn Houseboats! It’s an amazing and very unique property on Coron Island. The staff are so attentive and super helpful. The houseboats themselves are lovely, and the surrounding scenery is just stunning! We did two amazing tours while staying here, which were very good value and had incredible snorkelling! I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends and family, and hope to return one day!」

「Good service」

「The place is not an option for anybody with asthma or COPD. The tents are extremely moldy and the air is thick with it. We checked in and stayed less than 5 minutes in the room before moving to another hotel. No discount or other combination was offered」
