「Excellent trip!」

「This place is horrendous. The father and daughter there has no class and racially profiled my family and it was a terrible feeling . They didn’t have my confirmation and when I showed her my email she saw that I paid 14$ and immediately started to say I did fraud . Wow!!!!! The fact I used my One Ley pass $$ that I have accumulated didn’t matter to her or him. Overall awful place」

「We had to change room because the tv was not working. The next room had no heat control Breakfast was mostly carbohydrates. Nothing I wanted to eat.」

「Good」

「This hotel was far better than I was expecting. The rooms and the hotel were spotless. Clean, clean, clean. The room was generous, the bedding was of quality and the mattress was really comfortable. The best part was the staff. Literally, everyone at this hotel is kind, informed and helpful. The staff alone would have made my stay worthwhile.」

「Good」

「WiFi didn’t work at all.」

「Every thing is OKAY」

「Overall it was a nice stay for 1 night so I could attend my daughters college soccer game. Room was clean, plenty of towels and amenities. Room was comfortable and spacious enough. Overall it was quiet and having the access to Best Western was an added treat. Complimentary coffee in the AM was great!」
