Was very impressed with the room. Only complaint is that the TV was almost all infomercial stations. If they had TVs that customers could access their personal streaming services it wouldn’t cost the hotel for paying for cable or satellite television.

It did serve its purpose for a quick ride to and from Hershey Park. The room smelled of smoke and the beds were not very comfortable. The hotel next door which is owned by the same people is clearly better maintained.

Jessica at check in was absolutely wonderful. Helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast fare was better than I have seen at hotels chains "above" RRI. Minor issues: ice machine out of order, banisters could use a coat of paint and the doors to the rooms do not shut easily so one must pull hard causing slamming. Again all minor. Beds super comfortable bathrooms immaculate and commons areas also great. The lobby even smelled like a spa. literally 5 minutes from Hershey Park

My family and I just needed a place for one night as we were just in the area for a day. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean as well. However... The room was a little rough. Chipping paint in both the hotel room and bathroom. While there was nothing gross on the floors, the room floor is in need of a deep cleaning if not replacement. For one night the room was close to $200 a night. I was expecting a little bit more. Free. Breakfast is not included. Overall it served its purpose. But I don't think I would have my family stay there again.

The room was clean but the shower hardly worked. The faucet was falling out of the wall and would only turn on if held it back in place as you turned it. Was definitely an inconvenience to basically not have a shower.

A good two night stay for the price. Room was compact - efficiency - and breakfast could be purchased at $10 per person. And the breakfast had some gluten free options that is unusual to see. Check-in and check-out were across the parking lot at another property owned by the same owner of Red Roof Inn. Some unusual realities here, but we would stay here again in the future.

The staff was so nice but the rooms are VERY run down. We practically had to pull the shower off the wall to turn it on. The rooms smell like the cigarette trash cans (located right outside our room) and you can hear everything outside your room. For 200 plus dollars a night, it was very disappointing. It was our first time up to Hershey, so if we go back we will look at other properties.

The bath tub was dirty when we checked in. The beds were broken down and had serious indents in them. Had to pay $10 extra a person to swim in the pool. The only good thing about the place was the front desk lady. She was super nice and interacted well with the kids. Wouldnt book there again.

Great location, price was ok, thankful for free coffee. Bad thing is there was only one handicap spot on red roof side but thankfully in front of door and only had one instance at checkout where guest in ?old red roof check in or upstairs? unit parked there when we were out so they could load up their car.

The room is clean, but old and well used. The hair dryer was broken. We chose this property because it was pet friendly. But the unpleasant smelliing disinfectant that was used in the room was VERY strong! Our belongings still had the odor on them after we returned home.
