「The studio apartment itself was great - very spacious, very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The location is good, being very close to Woolloongaba restaurants/eateries and an easy 18 minute walk to South Bank. Buses also run continuously to South Bank from the Mater Bus Station. The only negative thing I should mention, is that it is very noisy with constant traffic noise, sirens and helicopters,...

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」
