The sofa bed is within comfortability expectations. They very generously provided a welcome bottle of proseco and the studio had coffee and tea, pastries and biscuits. Perfect for our one night stay. "The property is conveniently located, but it is extremely small. I couldn’t even turn around in the shower. Also, it is very noisy. On one of the days we stayed there, there was a concert right below the unit’s balcony and it lasted very late during the night, which made it very hard for us to sleep. "

The access to the apartment key was easy, and we were greeted by the rental company where we were escorted to the apartment. There were a a lot of stairs however, to get the view from our balcony was well worth it . "

"Wonderful location. Typical Italian villa setting. If you are from an area where A/C is standard, be aware that this place does not have it. There is a fan and you can open the windows, though the noise from the street below could be bothersome. The clothesline was awesome. "
