In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?」

「Beautiful hotel with very comfortable beds right in the middle of town. Walk to restaurants, coffee, etc just a block away. The pool is heated - you could even swim in winter. You have to pay for parking, but there is plenty of street parking. The restaurant has very good food. Downside: A lot of stairs to go up and down in this historic building. No bathrobes to wear out to the pool. 」
