「I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The mattress and pillows are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. The major positive for me was the shower. Every hotel I've ever stayed in has hard water and the water here felt like it was treated with a water softener. One of the best showers in any hotel ever! 」

「We have been coming to The Chestnut Inn for 29 years and are so happy that it is open again! We love the quiet setting of the beautiful lake and the great bands, too!! I wish that there were some more "simple" food options, rather than all the gourmet cuisine. We had people staying in the room above us and could hear them moving around a lot during the night, so they kept waking us up, and we had a loud sound machine. Maybe more floor padding instead of hardwood floors, would help to muffle...
