「Really good communication as originally had problems using the online check in. Once queried it was all sorted really quickly. Property really nice and modern. Would definitely stay here again」

「This place was convenient for where we wanted to be near. It would be helpful to add bus stop place names on the information to advise those using public transport on how to get to the destination. There is a bus stop opposite to get off at, and the closest one was along to the right as you exit the hotel, and walk up to the main road. 「Conveniently located. Clean.」

「Fortunately I picked up a Local SIM card at the train station. There was no one at reception- only a QR code to scan for check-in procedures. And that referred me to the agency where I booked the reservation. There, I did find check-in info. Construction of a subway station near the hotel limited access to restaurants or stores. There was access to an elevated walkway that crossed Central Expressway to the other side and it has elevators. The restaurant, Bistro Weiss, was good.」

「Airport shuttle is efficient, room temperature could not be adjusted」

「Good value for money. And 24 hours front desk. And aroind the corner there is a carrefour convenience store.」

「Comfortable, and very near the airport, airport shuttle bus is available 」

「Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Air conditioning was great as it was really hot. Would stay again.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful....but this definitely wasn't a sound proof room the local backyard dogs barked all night long. The ac didn't work so the room was sweltering and opening the patio door for fresh air was a bad idea with the mosquitos.」
