「There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! 「A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.」

「All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it.
