「"Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 「For $67 a night, it was a really nice hotel. The hotel room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I have problems sleeping, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a fan in my room. The room was a little cold and I wish the pillows were a little firmer, but overall it was a really nice stay and a really Comfortable stay. 」
