Great location. Staff did a good job. Very close to the train station and not far from the metro. Close to Tivoli Gardens. Room clean but shower was small. Also no A/C nor a refrigerator. Elevator is a plus.

Very convenient to access the public transportation . Also have elevator to carry luggage to room. No hot food for breakfast except steam egg and hot coffee. Shared the bathrooms are clean even we have private bathroom. But only private shower room is small. However It is good value for this hotel.

Good accomodations for our group of four. Had issues with the shower/bathroom floor flooding during showers, but that was the only complaint. Conveniently close to everything including the train station, restaurants, & bars. Staff was nice. Would stay there again.

We're happy with the hotel. It is a bit noisy since it is right by the main train station so we had to keep the windows closed for sleeping. Since there wasn't any AC, it was a tiny bit warm during the night. They might consider having a fan in the room for guests to use. Most of the bathrooms we encountered on our six country trip are all tile but the shower would have a ledge so the entire bathroom floor doesn't get wet. This one did not so the floor floods which makes it hard to get dried off and dressed without having to go into the "bedroom" portion of the room. We don't mind but those who need privacy would. Our opinion, ALL hotels should have free coffee. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room and coffee in the lobby had to be paid for. The continental breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from. We would stay here again as it is very convenient to transit, sightseeing, and shopping.

This hotel was fine for an overnight stay. It was comfortable but space was limited. The bathroom was especially very small. The room was very hot, so opened windows but unfortunately it was very noisy all night as our room faced the street. The reception staff were not overly welcoming but they did assist me with printing some documents for our flight the next day. A service offered by the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to the central train station.
