Convenient located hotel with IKEA dormitory style

The hotel has great location, staff are friendly but need more hospitality training. The rooms tends to be small, leaving no space to walk around the bed/ sink. Viewing into the shower space from the bed is not attractive and a very dated interior design look. Overall the style is like a IKEA dormitory 1978. Nice, but too instagramble and will quickly fade.

De ligging vh hotel is super, op loop- en fietsafstand van het centrum en het havengebied met museum en andere bezienswaardigheden. Fietsen zijn te huur via het hotel of via de bekende app's. De bakker uit de serie The Bear zit aan de andere kant vh water en is voor een kop koffie met iets lekkers een aanrader. Kopenhagen heeft een fijne sfeer met mooie interieurwinkels.

This hotel is very special. It optimises the Danish way of living. Relaxed, clean lines, hyggerligt throughout. Our large room with opera room had everything. Great design layout. Super cozy bed. Cleaner than clean. Reception staff (Patrick initially as our meet and greet) were all exceptional. Nothing was a problem. When I mentioned I had a bad cold the housekeeper came up with flavoured tea and tissues. So so kind. The location is perfect too. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main city but close enough (less than 10 mins) to walk. Breakfast was delicious. Staff always smiling and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Great job one and all. Don’t just stay in your room. Make a point of sitting in the cozy areas of the hotel. You’ll thank us!!!!!

By far the best hotel I stayed at this year. Beautiful location, easy to walk to central Copenhagen, peaceful & quiet. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. Room was clean & very warm. Overall the best hotel ever! Can’t wait to be back next summer :)

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Greeted by warm and friendly staff. Communal areas were thoughtful and inviting. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. A late night cap in the 8th floor bar was a treat too! Walking distance to all of Copenhagen’s attractions of which there are many!!

25 hours Hotel Paper Island is an excellent hotel. It’s only two years older than the room was fantastic. The lobby and the eighth floor bar were really great. It’s a little bit out of the way from Central Copenhagen, but maybe only an additional seven minutes is needed for walking purposes and then you get to Nyhavn. We highly recommend it.

Das Zimmer war hervorragend und der Ausblick auf den Kopenhagener Hafen war fantastisch. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken und konnten schon gegen 10 Uhr in unser Zimmer, obwohl wir nur nach einer Möglichkeit zum Gepäck verstauen fragen wollten. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab viel Auswahl und der Kaffee war sehr lecker. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Minibar: obwohl es im Check-In angepriesen wurde, dass sie täglich aufgefüllt wird (Minibar war in unserem Fall kostenlos), war das auch nach zweimaliger Nachfrage nicht der Fall. Schade, aber kein Beinbruch. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und definitiv das Geld wert :)

We loved the decor of the hotel. The location was excellent. Above all of this the staff were all lovely we are in the restaurant two nights as the food was incredible with Stefan and his team. We cannot wait to visit again soon.

Das Personal was wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Zimmer richtig toll - die Lage des Hotels ist einfach großartig und da Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen!

The hotel has a lovely welcoming feel and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. In particular, Boromir at Reception gave us a great first impression of the hotel and helpfully arranged late checkout for us. Our room was comfortable, perfectly clean and had everything we needed, special mention for the best quality hairdryer I’ve ever found in a hotel! The lobby and bars have cosy, quirky decor and the fire was lovely on a cold and wet day. The location was great, although quiet when we visited (October), near to the legendary Hart bakery as well as other bars, cafes and shops.The city centre and nearest metro station is around a 15 minute walk, with lots to see along the way, including the iconic Nyhavn. Overall a fantastic place to stay in Copenhagen and we will definitely return!

Virkelig hyggeligt hotel, hvor vi oplevede en super service lige fra indtjekningen til afrejsen. Gode tips fra personalet. Vi spiste på den asiatiske restaurant i tilknytning til hotellet. Det var helt fantastisk- og igen god service. Vi sluttede vores aften af med en lækker cocktail på øverste etage.
