「Everything was perfect. Reception extremely polite ,room spotless, easy of getting in and out, it was a lovely stay」

「The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.」

「Property was spacious, clean and looked like it had been refurbished recently. Bathroom & Kitchen were both fresh & modern. Air conditioning in lounge with ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms which were sufficient to cool the rooms. Washing machine & Dryer were great and full size fridge freezer. Bed was comfortable and all windows had wooden shutter blinds which were great & easy to use. 「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...
