Das Appartement ist sehr groß, eine gut ausgestattet Küche (für Selbstversorger sehr gut geeignet), hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer, durch eines der Schlafzimmer und der Küche ist die große Terrasse zu erreichen. 「check-in時間16:00開始，有點不方便，當時沒有留意到，13:00到了，以為就算未能check-in也可以先放行李，但13:00-16:00民宿主人都不會在，幸好剛好碰到正要外出的民宿主人可以先check-in,不然拿著行李會很不方便。 房間感覺打掃不夠乾淨，角落位置還是有點髒。房間有2-3隻蒼蠅，這讓我們有點困擾。 離主要景點較遠，走路要走30分鐘，走了一次覺得太遠了，之後都是坐巴士。 若住這邊火車站要選campo di marte, 不然要自己坐巴士到SMN火車站。從campo di marte火車站回住宿要先扛行李上天橋，再下樓梯，會有點辛苦。 但民宿主人還算親切，而且裝潢有藝術感。」
