"I am extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted by my stay at this Country Inn & Suites. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked into the room, there was a strong, foul odor that immediately made it clear the room had not been properly cleaned. The conditions were unacceptable there were visible stains on the sheets, what appeared to be blood on the bedding, and yellow discoloration on the curtains. The refrigerator had dirty ice inside, which raised serious concerns about sanitation and whether anything in the room had been properly cleaned at all. To make matters worse, there appeared to be mold present, which is a serious health hazard. The entire room felt unsanitary and unsafe. This is not just about comfort this is about basic cleanliness and guest safety, and this hotel failed completely. I could not relax or feel at ease in that environment, and I would never recommend this location to anyone. A hotel should be a clean, safe place to stay, and this was the complete opposite. Management needs to take immediate action to address these issues. Until then, I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere."

"We always stay here every time we have to go to Austin for my daughters doctors appointments. It is honestly the best. Very calm and quiet area and so many stores nearby. The hotel is always so clean and the employees are also great! The best part are the beds and how comfortable they are! We love it so much and always have a great experience here. Thank you all. "
