room was clean, just the hallway had an awful smell. the elevator wasnt working 100% so it was always a gamble when it worked and if you were on a higher floor you had to take the stairs. but overall the beds were super comfy and i enjoyed my stay.

Continental breakfast cold and stale, coffee always empty, elevator broken, staff refused to accommodate guest with rheumatoid arthritis with a lower floor so for an entire week we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs.

During my stay at the property the elevator worked intermittently as well as the WiFi. There was also garbage that piled up inside and out of the trash bins as well a unkept floors and stairwells.

Was unfortunate that the elevators did not work 100% of the time. In addition, in our room several times during the night there was a pinging or knocking sound coming from the wall.

We had a wonderful family trip at this hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and the surrounding area has lots of shops for daily needs. Every member of my family really liked this place, and we will definitely book it again next time.

Elevator not working. First room had horrible mold smell. Fortunately Luisa gave me another that was fine. Windows so dirty can only see partially out. Staff won’t hold you luggage if you have a late flight out & want to have lunch, something all normal hotels do. Except for Luisa, who was great I don’t recommend staying here, especially at $300/night.

Walked into our room, immediately smelled musty. The ac was off, we turned it on hoping it would clear the air. The restroom had been clogged with poop that was already there. We had to call staff, she was nice and came and disinfected the restroom. We had to go to HEB to purchase room spray and disinfectant spray, one of the bed sheets had a green small stain almost looked like a booger. Over all it felt yucky.

Staff was great! Overall, not a great experience and will not be back unfortunately. The elevators were broken. There was an odd smell to the floor and bedroom. Bugs everyhere. Breakfast was ok, not a fan of powdered eggs
