"I wrote three messages in the spot that said Contact us. Not one response. The thermostat did not work and the unit was freezing. Despite setting it to 22c, the room temp never climbed above 17.6c. (I have a photo.) We could not stand being so cold and booked other accommodation for our second night. ..."
