Due to no cups nor water boiler in the room, we asked for the hot water from the owner nicely. It came out to be..$0.5 euro per 400 ml. You can do your own judgement whether it is reasonable or not. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. 「Super für einen Städtetrip. Ab 2 Übernachtungen kann man die Welcome Card an der Rezeption holen mit der man umsonst den Nahverkehr nutzen kann und auch viele andere Ermäßigungen. Parken beim Hotel ist umsonst was ein riesen Vorteil ist nach dem Innsbruck eine Parkzone ist. Zimmer waren sauber und sehr ruhig. Gute Lage um auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu kommen. 」
