「The location and employees are absolutely nice! They also provide great dinning suggestions for either fine dining or casual dining.」

「Good location. Needs some updates.」

「Clean rooms, excellent location with views of the lake and the access to bike rentals」

「我們住得很愉快」

「This is a super great place to stay. Especially if you like older architecture. Very clean.」

「Love staying here!」

「Lovely short but sweet stay! Property is gorgeous and staff was very helpful, will definitely be back!」

「Excellent room and services」

「Our room was located near the hotel laundry facility and the hallway was continuously crowded with large carts of dirty laundry and cleaning supplies.」

「Bathroom lighting around mirror was non existant. Very challenging to shave.」

「Avoid Sheraton. Getting room took hours after 4:00 pm check in. Another day rooms never cleaned despite twice (midday & afternoon) asking desk staff to please handle: was told it would be done. Arrived at hotel at 9:00 pm to both rooms never being cleaned. Very unsupportive and rather surly night desk mgr said too bad, cleaners are gone. Many superior hotels in same area, so why bother with Sheraton.」

「I wish they had a hot tub for guests to use.」

「Beautiful front and back, great location, staff was excellent. The only things I found interesting were the mattresses were ready to be replaced as well as the television. Would definitely stay again!」
