「The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. 「The outside was a surprise. Quiet alleys with lots of graffiti but don’t be scared off. The apartment was spacious, clean, and centrally located. Everything you need is with easy walking distance. I would stay there again.」

「Pool was open but not heated, if you wanted a heated pool is was extra for every guest. First room had black mold and a broken countertop, second room was good. Staff wwre great; especially Fernando, Phillipe, Ampreet, Amir and Harpreet. Food was awful, paid for allinclusive and ate outside the hotel on multiple occasions. The only reason for 2 stars is how great the staff was.」
