Hotel Indigo Spokane Downtown by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. Old Spokane charm with modern amenities. Valet parking super helpful!"

Ruby River Hotel Downtown Spokane

8/10 Good

"The Osprey restaurant has great food! The rooms are fine but there was a stain on my comforter which was disheartening. It was big enough that someone should have seen it when they were making the bed. So it made me wonder if they really cleaned well prior to my stay in that room. The hotel rate is affordable."

Comfort Inn & Suites Spokane Valley Central

8/10 Good

"We enjoyed our stay, staff and breakfast! There was one exception I believe should be addressed: we brought our little weiner dogs with our cross-country trip for a number of reasons. But the carpet had many pet stains on it. The room didn't have any odor, which is great. But I wanted to ask how do I not get charged for all of the existing stains? My dogs were brought outside many times so they didn't do anything to add to the existing stains. So, other than my question/concern, I would like to make one final observation: the accessible shower(why we had an accessible room is no issue) wand is placed where it's easy to get alot of water on the floor of the bathroom even with the shower and curtain closed. I spent many years in the building and accessible codes, and may review another cose-complying location to save lots of issues with the property and suit(s) if someone slipped on the floors. Be well, take care."
