We arrived in the evening and was greated by a wonderful man. He gave us all the information we needed. We arrived to our room and it reminds me of my grandmothers house (decor). Lots of space for storage, a microwave and mini fridge, and a safe. On level 7 there was a small gym with two treadmills and a weight machine with three exercises. There was a pool table and a small banquet room. They have an indoor pool that was used a lot by other guests. There was also a free coffe machine that does specialized coffee. I thought it was a great little hotel. Parking was included, make sure you vehicle is small, it can't be talked than 6'4. The elevators in the parking garage were very slow. Over all the hotel was great. It just needs a little update. Thre best: The bathroom had a heat lamp!! The worst: The heater had a hard time heating the room at night. Get a few extra blankets from the front desk.

Popular places to visit

Touristy but still a cool town to explore. I love that they have some impressive buildings like this one and plenty of buildings (from the 1800's!) that look like they're almost ready to fall down. My boyfriend enjoyed visiting the Marshall Mint (+ museum) and his grandpa recommends checking out the cemetery (end of town, on the right). We didn't reach the cemetery because it was quite the walk
