"When we to hotel there no power. Told we could still stay but room would be cold and dark. Went to another hotel."

"Hotel was generally clean but the entire place smelled like weed and was worse when the air conditioning kicked on. Toilet didn't flush property and cleaning staff was very loud in the hallways and nearby rooms until 9:00pm. Close to airport with shuttle and ok breakfast. "

"The suite was fantastic and reasonably priced. Really made a difference us to be comfortable (kids could be split between pull out couch and bed). The front desk was particularly helpful. "

"My mom was traveling by herself. A 62 years old women who bearly knows English. Frontier cancelled her flight (horrible airline) and it was already 2 something A.M. I was trying to help her from Florida through the phone. She was scared and cold an no hotel would take her at that time because something about turning over. So, when I called this hotel Tatiana was very friendly and after explaining what happened she said to go ahead with the booking through Expedia and she would ensure to take my mom. She even told the shuttle to pick up my mom I'm a certain spot, since she was not able to find the shuttle pick up area. When my mom arrived to the hotel, Tatiana was very kind to her. So, thank you so much to both of you. My mom wanted to give the shuttle guy a tip but didn't had spare change and she didn't know how to say it in English. The hotel was warm, clean and my mom felt secure there. Thank you so very much!"
