「Because it is a very old building the floor in the room was higher at one end than the other and the walls were paper thin and I could hear people in the next room. The staff was friendly but there was only day-old tepid coffee available in the reception area before 8 a.m. There is no thermostat in the room and it was so hot I had to have the window open all night.」

「Overpriced the breakfast is nothing to boast about muffins cereal and yogurt not much more coffee is terrible.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「We have stayed at Beaver Run 15+ times, we love it for family trips. The only complaints I have is that there is never any record of us being loyal customers, it’s always like hi, have you stayed with us before? I love it when I get a welcome back, even from Hilton. Also, the pricing in the store is absolute robbery, think Vegas casino convenience store. Bring everything or run to King Soopers. The hot tubs are wonderful and the staff are always friendly」

「Absolutely the best experience ever! The front desk girl was awesome (Carisa)?? My husband was feeling elevation sickness and she gave us some suggestions and some mint tea. It really helped! The Condo we got was perfect! It had everything and felt like home! I would love to stay here if we visit again!」

「Excellent staff and what beautiful, luxurious-feeling rooms! Loved the amenities!」
