「Great hotel in a fun part of Minneapolis. A bit surprising that many businesses are still reeling from the upheaval around George Floyd, but fun property. The free drink offering at the nice bar was a nice touch.」
「Loved that the rooms and bathrooms have solid doors. Really helps with privacy and not hearing others in the hallway. Just overall the room was really quiet! Also could not hear the outside traffic (unless someone was revving their car obnoxiously). I don’t know if I’ve stayed in a quieter room. We stayed 6 nights and only heard people (assuming kids) above us one night, which was a Saturday night.
Loved the kitchen area in the suite with full size fridge. The shower was great, excellent...

「We had issues upon check in because their credit card system was down and it kept telling me my card was being declined (which I knew it couldn't be). The gentlemen who helped me was SO kind and apologetic. He comped our early check in fee and offered us water while we were waiting. He was the kindest person EVER and made the entire experience great. He handled the pressure well and with professionalism!
