「Our stay was short but enjoyable. We booked two rooms and had an issue with one. There were dried dead bugs under the air conditioner and live crawling, large water bugs in the room. The air conditioner didn’t work. The other room was great. With that being said, the staff are amazing!!! We did address the issues and the staff was more than willing to correct the issues. Thank you the the staff at the hotel for the personable interaction and willingness to accommodate. We will return.」

「When I made this reservation back in March the agent handling the reservation spoke very broken English and was hard to understand, likewise she had a hard time understanding me. As I guessed she didn’t reserve the type room I wanted. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk person was very understanding and gave us the room I needed, a one bedroom suite.
