"We needed to change our reservation while in route to our destination. We called the hotel to accomplish the change. The staff were so helpful. Everyone did their best to assist with any needs we had. Excellent hotel, excellent staff. We would highly recommend the Sleep Inn in Charles City, IA."

"I will never stay at the western inn and suites in Osage, Iowa again. The people that was running the hotel weren't friendly at all. Could hardly understand what the man was saying because he sounded like he had a mouthful of rocks, and spoke English fast and was unfriendly to talk to. The woman ..."
