「My favorite place to stay when visiting Wichita. Excellent location, beautiful, clean hotel with well laid out rooms and bathroom. I appreciate the parking garage too. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are a nice bonus.」

「Room was spacious and very clean, property was well kept. Staff was very friendly. Two minor complaints is breakfast was cold and not well cooked, and pillows were awful but both are things we consider minor and would not keep us from staying again. We would just bring our own pillows and breakfast wasn’t a big deal for us. We stay in that area several times a year for granddaughter’s sports events so location was also good for us. We would stay again!」

「When speaking to the staff about the pet charges mentioned on Expedia for their property, he was pretty defensive about it rather than trying to understand my where I was coming from. Although I was fine with their pet charge policy in the end, it would have been nice for the man to listen more rather than tell me that Expedia is more concerned about making money off of each hotel rather than partnering with them.」

「When we checked in the receptionist was very nice and helpful. She moved us to a handicap room, my wife uses a walker and needs a shower chair. Room was roomy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable.」

「BED BUGS ROOM 603. If I could give zero stars I would! I stayed at this hotel with my son for a football camp on Saturday April 18th. The hotel was nice until I woke up to something biting my arm. We had to move rooms at around 1 am when my son should have been getting some restful sleep. This was very inconvenient and I felt like my skin was crawling the rest of the night. While being moved to another room I was told they were unable to give a refund or discount to me because I booked through...

「We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.」
