"The staff are friendly and helpful but the room is kind of gross. Shower curtain needs to be changed, or at least washed. Mattress cover is worn out and bumpy. Pillows are very flat and uncomfortable. Pillow cases are grayish-yellow instead of white. Fan on the ac won't turn off. No elevator. "

"This place was in pretty decent shape, but most importantly, clean. That’s always my top priority. The breakfast was decent. My only issue was the parking was tight. Not a lot of extra spaces. Our son met us there, so we had to pay extra to have a parking spot for him.
Overall, it was nice and I would stay here again. "
"We love staying here when coming for the events at the Overture Center…it’s so close!! Great location!! The grass-fed burgers at Circ are very good and the wait-staff is always friendly and attentive. We’ve also enjoyed breakfast on-site at the restaurant as well. Beds are very comfortable and room is updated and clean. We really have enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer and the staff has been wonderful as well! We will continue to keep coming back!"
"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable accommodations made this the perfect place for a weekend in Madison! Loved that it is walking distance to downtown and has plenty of parking. "
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madison American Center
10/10 Excellent
"I was eerie about the La Quinta hotel chain because the one by us is not the best. This hotel had a huge gathering area, which they serve breakfast in. They had an awesome pool that my kids loved. They also had fluorine in their room, which is so much better than the nasty carpet in most hotel rooms. We had a SB tournament and our whole team was able to gather in one area. "
"Excellent midwestern hospitality! Patrick and Bri were fun and inviting in the lounge/bar and the front desk staff, cleaning staff always greeted us with a smile and a hello. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back."
