Check-in was straight forward and staff excellent. But hotel is a bit rundown - elevator jammed, corridors are not air conditioned, ice machine on our floor is broken. Otherwise, room is clean, simple, and bed is comfortable.

Not a place for a long term stay

This hotel is in an industrial area. The room itself was fine. However the bathroom looked like it was half upgraded. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The tub was old and stained. Sink and vanity area were fine. Soundproofing between floors was nonexistent. We had a family with children above us and all we heard was feet running and stomping for half the night. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff member was terrific. We were there for just a quick overnight stop so we just made the best of it.

I’ll start by saying the rooms were a 1.5 stars. You get what you pay for. They had stained bedding, stained carpets, hair in the tub, and the toilets had a weird residue around them. I can deal with that for one night if there aren’t bugs. The morning breakfast was whatever. I’ve stayed at hiltons before and the quality of this one was the worst I’ve ever been too. That wasn’t the worst part. The worst was arriving at 1 am with two kids und two. I left a memo with front desk about our late arrival and a note on Expedia requesting a crib. The second I was in the gentleman working the front says “Um you should have Called out of common courtesy to let me know you were getting here late. It’s rude. I was about to cancel your room. I was doing audits, do you know what that is?” Mind you, I’m exhausted after a cross country flight. I said “No I don’t know what audits are, I left a notice and also a note with Expedia.” And he said “I don’t get Expedia notes”. At that point his nasty attitude filled the entire room. I said “That’s not my problem.” He was so rude, in my life have I had a hotel experience like that. If you need a cheap room to shower and sleep go for it. But his customer service ultimately led me to give the one star. Also, a crib was not provided. When I called to speak to management- she actually read my Expedia note to me and I remembered they never provided the crib either. So they DID have access to Expedia notes.
