Room was okay...everything works & water gets very hot.. Not much staff around, so if you happen to show up round checkout time you may have to wait a bit for clerk/housekeeping.

Room needed painting and updating. Bed was clean, towels and bathroom were fine. TV was just sitting without a stand leaning against the wall. I’m a low maintenance traveler, it met my needs for the night.

The first step room I went into was awful and caulking everywhere. I would not have given this ring to nobody then I went into the second room and it had no heat. And there was other things like there was no plugs in either one of the wounds it was nasty, the food was not filling, I was very unsatisfied i told the at the desk , i would not have bought my animals to be here because it was so awful. I was looking forward to staying at the facility but I was very disappointed in the way. Things were, they had one person that worked there and they were helpful. But still I was told I should have never got that room and then the room last was not that great either.

This was reasonably priced and all we needed for an overnight stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. To make this a 4 or 5 star would only take 2 investments. 1.) Exterior and interior doors need painting as paint was peeling off both doors. 2.) Better quality towels.

The bed and the hot water works fantastic but the entire Hotel was old and run down. They really shouldn't advertise breakfast because it consisted of off-brand cereal and muffin, juice and milk, coffee and yogurt.

I would stay again

Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, 830am we went in for the breakfast, only thing that was there was 2 mini muffins and cereal. there’s no elevator so if stairs are not easy for you, I would for sure request for lower level, For a one night stay it’s great and there are many things right down the street

Okay for price.

Pros: good price, no bugs, seemed clean, breakfast had microwaveable biscuits and burritos. Cons: TV did not work, no ice bucket in room, various repairs needed throughout premises.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room had dog food pieces on the floor. The curtains had stains on them, the bed cover had burn holes in it. There were only 2 towels, 1 wash rag, and 1 hand towel in a 2 queen bed room. there was 1/2 roll of toilet paper when we arrived. We asked to get more towels and they said they didn't have any. The pool was shut down by the health department.
