「This is a great place to stay! It’s close to everything. It’s in the heart of Dunedin. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s clean, the room is comfortable and the staff is wonderful. Breakfast every morning doesn’t disappoint. I’ve stayed here a couple times now and will continue to return and refer. 」

「Everyone was super friendly! The first room we had was a little smelly…not sure why. We spoke to Alexa and within 10 minutes she had a new room for us which was much better. The lady who runs the breakfast was also so kind. I did not get her name. 」

「From start to finish the front desk staff was helpful , from helping me from the aiport and back , allowing me to check in early and check out later . Honestly i have lived in hotels before and just the willingness alone to accommodate me made me feel like i didnt want to leave. I am super impressed with the front of house.」
