「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. 「The gentleman that staffed the breakfast was so personable and nice. All the front in staff was cheery and helpful. The housekeepers always looked up and said hello. When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. The food was good and the workout facility was ok along with the pool. Bits and pieces were run down but overall the comfort was good and the room was nice. The laundry room could be vented...

「Excellent and patient staff, including valet! Ezra has the patience of a saint with elderly guests. Nice Friendly check in even though they were dealing with their computer system down at the beginning but it quickly came back up. Staff was so accommodating and made all requests so easy. Will definitely be back!」
