"We stayed 3 nights, beautiful scenery, nice cool nights...bed was a little hard, but passable. Roosters and donkey woke me up early....but better than traffic noise..I will highly recommend it"

"The grounds here were very pretty- several trails where you could bird watch, and the view from the infinity pool was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only things we found to lower my rating slightly were that the rooms (depending on where you're assigned) can be a little way down a path and there didn't seem to be a golf cart/similar vehicle to help you with your bags. I had a group of teenagers, so hauling their own luggage wasn't a problem except that it was raining the night we stayed so everyone got wet moving luggage to our rooms. Also, you drive to the end of the road to register (and this is where you unload your luggage to take to your rooms), but then you've got to park your car in a lot closer to the main entrance, so there is extra walking involved if you had mobility issues. I know the beauty of the place is that it's surrounded by nature, but in one of our rooms we found 3 centipede/millipede type creatures (2 on the floor and 1 on the wall), and one other insect that weren't there when we first got into the room, but later likely came in via the crack under the exterior door. This freaked my daughters out as we found them right before bedtime, so if you were insect averse you might consider a location in a less outdoorsy place."

"En lo positivo: el lugar es encantador. Las cabañas muy cómodas y bien dispuestas, con gran cantidad de cosas de utilidad. La joven que nos atendió en el bar y en el restaurante verdaderamente encantadora. La cena fue muy apetitosa y recomendada. Sin duda recomiendo la experiencia de ir hasta Villa Blanca para descansar. En temas para considerar: Deberían advertir que los 2 kilómetros antes de ingresar a la propiedad requieren de un auto alto, porque la calle está verdaderamente en mal estado. El joven que nos hizo el check-in no se mostró particularmente entusiasmado en dar información sobre actividades para realizar en el hotel. Nada más remitió al QR. A pesar de que llegamos a las 3:05 p.m. y había una clase para las 3:00 p.m. en el bar y preguntamos por ella, el joven nos dio a entender que ya había comenzado la clase y no podíamos integrarnos. No nos alertó que a partir de esa hora había la posibilidad de tomar café en el lobby del hotel. Por otro lado, no dicen en ningún lado que el SPA requiere que se contacte a las personas encargadas a ver si pueden llegar al hotel a prestar el servicio. Deberían alertar que se requiere reservación previa por esta situación. El desayuno fue muy completo en cantidad de comida, pero los huevos estaban pasados de cocción y los hashbrows sabían a paquete. Muy molesto tener que estarle quitando el agua al calentador eléctrico del cuarto. También lamento que no tuviera la habitación una pequeña refrigeradora."
