海邊的特色酒店
風景好、服務好、游泳池很漂亮、住宿很乾淨而且有特色、早餐很好吃、空調也很有效，可以聽著海浪聲睡覺真的非常享受。就是浴室玻璃有點小，洗完澡之後外面會很濕。下次還會再入住。

實際感覺不太好
住了3天2夜, 沙灘海景房感覺不錯, 餐廳氣氛也還可以, 整體尚算整潔, 但問題也有一堆 1)感覺被圖片騙了, 圖片上的按摩浴缸是假的, 只是普通浴缸 2)房間的露台沒有照片上的搖擺椅(我訂的是高級大床房, 圖片上顯示是有的) 3)我的房間沙灘海景只看到一半, 另一半都是牆 4)整體感覺有點老舊, 無論是家具還是其他設施(猶其房間中的衣櫃每開一次都會有很巨大的聲響, 感覺糟糕) 5)房間沒有任何圖文指示room service和餐廳應該怎麼聯絡, 第一次找room service時還需要我自己走好長的一段路到櫃檯那邊問 6)在餐廳買了一枝紅酒打算回房間喝, 發現房間沒有開瓶器(後來問了服務生, 他說原來應該是有的, 只是可能他們這間房間忘了放了) 房間又不知道怎麼聯絡room service, 於是只好自己跑去櫃檯說想要一個開瓶器(順便問了如何電話聯絡room service), 然後回房間後我整整等了45分鐘以上, 都沒有人送來, 於是我只好再次聯絡room service(這次終於知道用甚麼號碼電話聯絡了..) 我連續打了3次, 每次都等了超過3-5分鐘. 完全沒有人接電話(我只是想要一個開瓶器啊......) 第3次打過去, 等了大概30秒終於有人接電話, 由我親自走去櫃檯到不斷打room service電話沒有人接, 我等待了1個多小時....只是一個開瓶器啊..(汗) 總結, 海景是不錯, 但除了交通有點不便, 總體感覺也太好, 下回不會再到這間酒店入住了

The spa inside the bathroom was not working at all because they did not repair it and just fixed it for the guests to use it as a bathtub. We were not being informed when we checked in (Rm 109). At Rm 108, the air-con had been dripping water down to the floor in the middle of the night. I had to get up and cleaned the floor several times during the night.

This is the 3rd time to stay at this hotel. The hotel is good if you want quiet and romance trip because the hotel is close to beach and far from the city. Staff informed me that they will close for renovation soon and it is lucky to visit again before their hotel. The hotel is warm and comfortable and not the modern or luxury hotel. If you want to have romanic time with lover or relaxing a day, this hotel is highly recommended.

從未想過澳門這麼煩囂到處賭埸人群處處的地方。居然有處的地方如此美麗寧靜休閒！但最可惜房間不多。想留下多一、二天也沒有房間可供應。早餐也算得上不錯。但晚沒太多選擇。員工服務很好有禮貌。房間方面可能是面對海灘，所以牆壁都有潮濕。一定要把冷氣溫度調整冷一點，否則房間非常濕。交通方便尚算可以。因為巴士站離洒店不太遠。都是一個渡假放鬆的選擇！👍

quiet and relaxing hotel by the cheoc van beach
very good reception service and bruno at the reception was friendly and helpful. breakfast was in buffet style with basic variety of food and drinks. the hotel was a bit off the city centre, but was quiet and relaxing with a great view of the sea and the cheoc van beach.

這次入住一晚，由大三巴附近搭BUS 21A 號或26A號 到酒店，隔天早上吃了很好吃的早餐！走了一段龍爪海岸徑洗個澡，再搭15號Bus ,直接在官也街下車,可以說很好的排程。 飯店的泳池也很舒服,最深有2M
