The hotel’s location is very close to downtown by bus. There is a nearby bus stop and it’s within walking distance of a big shopping mall. The hotel rooms are neat and clean.

Liked: Staff & service
Staff are super helpful and friendly. However, it’s a bit historical and inconvenient.
The hotel has been refurbished, and it looks fine. The decoration is a little dark and masculine, but well done. Breakfast was good but not too many vegetarian options for people like me.
Friendly staff.

Outside of the building, the facade, is dirty. Everything else is good.

Liked: Amenities
The location is good. The check-in time is strict at 2 p.m., the no concession gives bad experience to guest. some rooms are still in cleaning when we check in, feeling room management need to be improved.
Main entrance has no ramp to self wheel the luggage or for wheelchair. The room has to individually switch the lightings on. Coffee/Tea in the breakfast dinning is cold.
The hotel is convenient to travel by bus to the central attraction area, but not economy to take cab. Breakfast is great.
The property is too old and not being maintained properly or upadated with today's world products. Room was not clean properly I saw some hairs in bathroom floor and not much of amenities were available and height of this, Is that only one socket in whole room.
I felt little scared while walking in the hotel, seems like they don't have that much business now a days, compared to other hotels in the same range of prices.
Lobby was 5 star
but as you enter inside lift and go to your rooms things got darker and scarier for me, felt like haunted house.
it is my personal opinion,
some people will find aesthetic or nostalgic, but for me little bit of not so secure.
But I didn't stayed at night due to I need to go back HK for some urgent reasons.
Thank you.
