「Villa la ventana was overall a nice stay. This is my honest opinion after going off of many of the reviews provided online.
Pros: The staff were nice - Luca, Angelo, and Gaetano were available to answer questions as they came up often and were nice to chat with for recommendations. Rooms and the villa as a whole were quite clean. The view is exceptional.. - we enjoyed incredible sunrises/sunsets from our bedroom. Air conditioning was great after hot days out exploring. 「Stayed 6 days in Sorrento in this hotel ! Satisfied!!! They don't have hotel parking , but will help you to arrange parking at a 8 mins walk parking spot 2 0 dollars per day!!
Their roof top bar has the best vibes in Sorrento !!! Love it
They have a very pretty maintenance garden too !!」
「Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area.
The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.」
「The staffs are very friendly andcready to assist whenever there is a question. The hotel located in upper mountain but with buses organized by the hotel to drop and pick up from sorento, it's suite convenient. We had a very good time!」
「This place was amazing!!! The views, breakfast and staff were off the charts. Actually all the food from the restaurant was so good. The customer service here was probably the best we have ever experienced. Just be aware you have to ride the shuttle into town and the bathrooms are tiny. They could use more shelves and hooks :) But I still rate this hotel a 10/10!」
