"Nice Hotel in excellent central location with on site parking. Property is a little tired and our window would not fully close. Staff were frendly. Breakfast was good with a choice eggs cooked to order should you with. Bar did shut a little early"

"I think I got unlucky with the room is all. Air con didn’t work, no shampoo, not very clean, big stain on a wall, hairdryer sounded dangerous and was in dire need of replacing and the phone wasn’t answered when I tried o report and get help. Hotel was fully booked due to The Greatest Showman press night that I was attending and working at so I guess everyone was busy. "

The check in was smooth and the receptionist were really helpful. The room was lovely - the hotel and the grounds are stunning. Food was exceptional as was the service.
