I am an VIP. The hotel is so small and so expensive. When I arrived, I checked in the first room, the drain is clogged. Then we been moved to a very small room. I barely can walk in the room.

All Accor messed up my booking and I have a hard time to check into the hotel. I have to check in and out for 2 times during the 3 days stay. Usually my stay used to be very good. This time, the phone and the hair dryer are not working in my room. The package I got with breakfast included was not showed in the hotel reservation. In general, the All Accor booking system made this stay a bad one.
