「I arrived at the property on 30/3/24 at around 3am as I decided not to return to London with the persons I arrived with. I was stranded. Can’t remember the person in receptions name but he was very patient and helpful with me as I tried to payment in which I finally did. Thank you once again for being great at your job Tina」
