「The one bed in our room had a large sinkhole in the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. I told that lady at reception at check out. All she said was, "I will let housekeeping know". No discount on the room rate was offered (we were there for two nights). Very disappointing as a Hilton member.」

「Being a frequent traveller I've stayed in many B&B in Europe and Asia. But so far this is the best B&B I've ever stayed in my life. We arrived late due to traffic jam but the host stayed up and helped us with the check in. We have lots of luggages so the host upgrades our room to a spacious Purple butterfly without any additional charge. The breakfast every morning is delicious, fresh and abundant with lots of variety, we brought along a 3-year-old and the host even prepare additional donuts...
