"Clean rooms but loud and noisy. Staff seemed friendly but ineffective. Too many teens roaming the halls at night, setting off alarms late into the night waking my kids. Staff kept saying they would fix it, took more than an hour for the alarm to stop. Didn’t help that we were put right beside the elevators and heard the beeping of people getting on and off the elevator either. Also can hear delivery or garbage trucks backing up at 5:30am then again at 6am. Staff seemed unaware. Not relaxing but location is pretty good for kids. But sleep was a disaster so it didn’t really make the trip worth it. "

"Excellent staff. Check in was efficient. The hotel is in an amazing location, with the falls right there. The hotel was worn with few amenities. The carpet in the hallways is very worn and needs a good cleaning. There was debris on the floor outside our room and after a 4 day stay, it was still there. Bottom line, great location but needs some "

"The lifegurds at the wave should pay attention during the wave starts. Three adults were raising our hands and scream for help as one of my kids were drowen.None of the lifegurds saw/recognized the situation. My son was rescued by one women ( For me, she is an angle sent by God). I would like to thank the women and above all my God for his protection. "

"Gail was exceptionally welcoming and had perfect suggestions of 13th street winery and the Grist restaurant. Area so low key and quiet compared to Niagara on the lake. Inn accommodation perfect. Common areas plus communal kitchen stocked with great variety of tea plus coffee ready to brew in the morning. Five plus stars. "

"I enjoyed my stay there alot, only complaint was the eggs were disgusting for the breakfast, other than that, everything else was awesome about the hotel "

"Beautiful old Inn with updated amenities. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room with cheese and bread and a bottle of wine. Being able to walk to Ravine Winery for dinner was a bonus. Breakfast (2 of them) was as delicious and divine as all others said. Next time we need to come when it’s warmer to enjoy the back patio and yard."
