「They wait on me hand and foot in all aspects. Plenty of staff to always have you takem care of without any complaints or even a worry. All the food was great I cleaned my plate almost everytime and that is rare at a buffet because you are trying so many different things. Legit five stars.」

「excellent spot for a few days in palolem. located at the south end it’s closer to the quieter beach area. it’s not seafront but about as close as it gets at this price point. homemade indian breakfast is a plus. siddesh (the manager) made sure that the stay was seamless and helped with airport transfers.」

「Our stay at the Om Shanti Patnem was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers direct beach access, outside dining and drinks, with a diverse menu. Beach lounge chairs are available for all guests. The staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The little shopping areas around the hotel were quaint and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance of Om Shanti. Taxi and Tuk Tuk stands are close by. 」

「Room was very clean with a great view of the pool & sea beyond. Bed was very comfortable & water in shower was nice & hot. We were told on check in that the water takes a few minutes to get hot, so it wasn’t a problem. Nice sized fridge & tea & coffee facilities. We had a lovely stay 」
