"The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive. ​However, our arrival was slightly marred by an issue: all electrical outlets in the room were not working. Although we initially informed the staff, we unfortunately had to ask a couple of times before the issue was properly addressed. ​Once we pushed for a solution, the staff member who finally handled it was extremely helpful. They quickly ensured the maintenance team fixed the problem completely. The only minor drawback was the somewhat inconvenient location, making transportation a bit tricky if you didn't have your own vehicle. However, the quality of the property certainly compensated for this."

I stayed here twice and I was very happy with everything the rooms and the hotel are super clean and the staff are very attentive and friendly. There is onsite parking and an elevator if you need it. The location is very safe I have stayed in many hotels in the area including Pereira. This is by far the best. If you're thinking about visiting this location has everything there are many restaurants and stores of all kinds within walking distance including the supermercado , the Bank and Único shopping mall only a 2 minute walk. La Pradera has something for everyone. The city center is a 15 minute walk. The bus runs right in front of the hotel or take a taxi for less than 10,000 peso. If you want a affordable accommodation with access to excellent services and friendly people this is the place. I will definitely return. "
