「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. The Do Not Disturb system doesn't really work, because they still knock on your door just to make sure that you meant to put it on. This happened to me 3 times in 5 days (despite me complaining about it). I also got 2 phone calls from them about it, waking me up, asking me if I wanted housekeeping because I have a DND sign. 「It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.」
