「This is my second time in Novotel Dammam. Overall to say the hotel is good and the location is convenience which can reach main business area and city center from there. The hotel is clean and the service is good, people in receiption are welling to help. I will recommend this hotel to whom will visit Dammam. 」

「This hotel very modern, fancy, cosy, and quite a good choice for business traveler. Service of the reception was generally good, but some receptionists were full of passion while some were so calm that I think I appreciate they variety of characters. The reason I emphasize it more suitable for business traveler is it doesn't have a bathtub, something I think needed for a vacation. Although the Mall of Dhahran locates right on the opposite side and looks close, it still takes 10~15 minutes...
