Every thing about my stay was wonderful. I was checked in and out smoothly by “Mr Marshed” I think. He upgraded me to the 12th floor to a better view. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The check-in and welcome were disappointing, and despite being a new hotel, the furniture and towels seemed worn and in poor condition. However, breakfast was exceptional thanks to Zirari, whose outstanding service truly stood out and made my mornings enjoyable. While the hotel needs improvement in some areas, Zirari’s hospitality was a highlight of my stay.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast is great and full of variety! Phones in the room antiquated and don’t work properly. Upon checking in, staff didn’t put hold on my credit card so everything I needed couldn’t be charged to the room

My concern about the design of the toilet wasn’t comfortable, the bed as well wasn’t comfortable for me.
