"Check in took long because staff was negotiating price with future guest. Guest were allowed to smoke marijuana in common areas. Room assigned was far from parking. Request room change and was given a dirty room with dirty tub and bug infested. Went to front desk and request a diffirent room because assigned room did not and charged extra. Then a guest came in saying there was not hot water and the staff member told her to run the water for 15 minutes and it would get warm. It was almost midnight, and my husband and I had our 2 grandchildren. I asked the staff member to cancel my room and was told to call Expedia. Called and got disconnected. Called again and told them I went to a nearby Hotel and wanted a refund. Refund denied. Now I'l"

"Solo trip from OH to FL and stayed here on the way. Very happy with decision to stay here and will stay agin in the future. "
