"Horrible stay: we stayed 5 days and they informed us on arrival that there was no cleaning service. There is only one employee at the counter and he/she was rarely there, average wait was 20 minutes before someone showed up. The manager Martine was horrible, always on the defensive, went as far as suggesting we would have had better service if we had booked directly with them rather than with Expedia, forgeting that if it werent for Expedia, we would never have heard about the hotel. Never going back, will be in Quebec City in two weeks and have booked at Best Western. "

"Decent breakfast. Gym had cardio equipment and dumbbells up to 50 lbs. Parking was easy. No hassles with dog. Location ok beside can tire and Walmart. Some restaurants close by. Staff was great."
